We are delighted to announce that New Miracle by The Brad Pitt Light Orchestra is the official Daffodil Day 2011 Song with all proceeds from the sale of the single going to the Irish Cancer Society.
The song “New Miracle” features on BPLO’s debut album Lowering The Tone, released last Autumn to rave reviews. It’s a joyful and hopeful song which is nearly impossible not to sing along to. The track features Undertones singer and Today FM DJ Paul McLoone with a career-defining performance on ‘human tuba’. Ian O’Reilly of the Irish Cancer Society described the track as “a positive and upbeat song that’s a great anthem for Daffodil Day and we hope that our supporters download and enjoy the song.”
